Built and shipped a FastAPI credit-claim service replacing a manual credit-grant workflow for a 500+ developer portal, collaborating with product and operations stakeholders.

Designed REST APIs and PostgreSQL data flows for credit claims, validation, and reconciliation, improving reliability and reducing manual intervention in a production workflow.

Root-caused duplicate credit grants by tracing state across services, then built Python reconciliation scripts to validate records end to end and eliminate a recurring manual audit step.

Profiled PostgreSQL queries and applied indexing and query restructuring, reducing average query latency by 30% across production REST endpoints.

Used Git-based development, code reviews, CI/CD, debugging, and incremental delivery to ship backend changes and resolve production issues.
